We are hiring:


  • Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy in line with the company’s objectives

     

     

    Your main responsibilities:

     

    • Help design sales materials (catalogues, technical data sheets, training materials, presentations, banners, signatures, etc.)
    • Help update the company’s visual identity (logos, letterheads, invoices, business cards, etc.)
    • Help create web and digital content (website, blog posts, portals, etc.)
    • Global management of the translation of sales and communications materials
    • Manage AdWords and SEO, and analyse results
    • Manage the technical aspects of the websites and portal, as well as carrying out daily checks
    • Take photographs and create videos (of products, employees, company life, etc.)
    • Manage and research external applications (Sigilium, Kizeo, etc.)
    • Provide support with event management (trade fairs, loyalty schemes, company visits, team-building days, etc.)
    • Work with international subsidiaries to meet the group’s marketing and communications needs
    • Follow digital marketing trends and keep your manager regularly updated on developments
    • Supporting the existing Marketing team; in particular:
      • Create content for newsletters and email campaigns
      • Managing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
      • Selecting and drafting post topics; defining target audiences and deadlines
      • Selecting, purchasing and managing promotional materials

     

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, digital marketing, marketing, multimedia or a related field.
    • Marketing and communication techniques.
    • Writing and analytical skills
    • Digital communication tools: email campaigns, blog posts, etc.
    • Software for web content creation, graphic design and image editing (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AI, etc.)
    • Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Digital skills: AI, chatbots, video conferencing, etc., and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
    • Creativity, innovation, methodical approach, and ability to work independently
    • Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen, and a team-oriented mindset
    • Proactive, able to take the initiative, and able to generate ideas
    • Fluency in English (B2 level). Any other language will be considered an asset.
    • Commercial and strategic skills.
